Keep Moving: There's a Light at the End of Your Tunnel
Change is something that we all face at some point in life. It is inevitable. For most individuals, change is difficult because so much is unknown. In the school food service arena, the new regulations bring us front and center with the need to “change” business as usual. When change begins in an organization, sometimes it is challenging getting everyone to understand and execute the changes. We cannot run, hide nor bury our heads in the sand. If we are not careful, change often affects bottom line and moral while alienating your most essential asset, your customer. For this reason alone, finding solutions is the only way. Halls will discuss: student centered approaches and relationship-building techniques-all centered on the customer.
